Preparation

  2. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, boil water and cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, shredded cheese, and milk. Stir until everything is evenly mixed. Then, add salt and pepper to taste.
Baking
  1. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly. If using, sprinkle bread crumbs over the top for added crunch.
  2. Bake: Put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
