Steep the hibiscus tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 5–7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature. For quicker cooling, you can place it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
Sweeten the tea (optional):
If desired, stir in sugar or honey while the tea is still warm to dissolve. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
Combine the liquids:
In a mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, coconut milk, and white grape juice. Stir until well blended.
Assemble the drink:
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and add a handful of freeze-dried or fresh strawberries. Pour the prepared pink drink mixture over the ice.
