  • Mixing spoon
  • Tall glass or mason jar
  • Straw or spoon for serving

Ingredients

  • 2 hibiscus tea bags or any berry-flavored herbal tea
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk or your preferred plant-based milk
  • ½ cup white grape juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey optional, to taste
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries or fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Brew the tea:
  • Steep the hibiscus tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 5–7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature. For quicker cooling, you can place it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
  • Sweeten the tea (optional):
  • If desired, stir in sugar or honey while the tea is still warm to dissolve. Adjust the sweetness to your taste.
  • Combine the liquids:
  • In a mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, coconut milk, and white grape juice. Stir until well blended.
  • Assemble the drink:
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and add a handful of freeze-dried or fresh strawberries. Pour the prepared pink drink mixture over the ice.
  • Serve and enjoy:
  • Stir gently to combine the flavors. Serve with a straw and enjoy your homemade Starbucks Pink Drink!
