- 2 cups fresh pineapple finely diced
- ½ red bell pepper finely diced
- 1 small red onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeño finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

Prepare the Ingredients:
Dice the pineapple, red bell pepper, and red onion into small, uniform pieces. Finely chop the jalapeño, adjusting the amount to your desired spice level.
Mix the Salsa:
In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Add Lime Juice and Seasoning:
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salsa and mix well. Add salt to taste, stirring to combine.
Chill (Optional):
For best flavor, let the salsa sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve:
Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
