Pineapple Salsa Recipe

This refreshing pineapple salsa combines sweet pineapple, tangy lime, and zesty jalapeños for the perfect topping or dip. Great with tacos, grilled meats, or tortilla chips!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple finely diced
  • ½ red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 small red onion finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime about 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
  • Dice the pineapple, red bell pepper, and red onion into small, uniform pieces. Finely chop the jalapeño, adjusting the amount to your desired spice level.
  • Mix the Salsa:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  • Add Lime Juice and Seasoning:
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salsa and mix well. Add salt to taste, stirring to combine.
  • Chill (Optional):
  • For best flavor, let the salsa sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve:
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
