  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing
Flavorings
  • 1 jar diced pimentos, drained A 4 oz jar works perfectly
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise Adds creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder For added flavor

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and ensure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
  2. In a mixing bowl, use a spatula to mix the shredded cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese until well blended and creamy.
  3. Stir in the drained diced pimentos, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until creamy and evenly incorporated.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning or add more mayonnaise if a creamier consistency is desired.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with crackers, bread, or veggies.

Notes

For variations, consider mixing in smoked gouda or pepper jack cheese. Serve as a dip, spread, or even on baked potatoes. Avoid overmixing to keep a smooth texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
