Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut the pastry into squares, approximately 3x3 inches in size.
- Place a small piece of Brie in the center of each pastry square, topping it with about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to create a little pouch. Pinch the edges to seal them securely.
- Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then garnish with fresh herbs before serving warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month before baking. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
