Ingredients
Method
Cooking the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add your pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water, then drain the rest.
Sautéing the Ingredients
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Be careful not to let it brown.
- Toss the fresh spinach into the skillet, stirring until wilted, which should take about 2-3 minutes.
Combining and Finishing the Dish
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, pouring in a splash of the reserved pasta water to help combine everything.
- Stir until all ingredients are well mixed, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If you’re using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on top and mix until fully incorporated for an extra creamy finish. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
