Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillet, skinless and cut into bite-sized pieces Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or your preferred cooking oil)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) for garnishing Optional herbs for garnish
  • Optional: garlic powder, smoked paprika, or your favorite seasonings Add for extra flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by cutting your fresh salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch each. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, season your salmon bites generously with salt and pepper. Feel free to add garlic powder or smoked paprika for extra flavor.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the salmon bites to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes without moving them.
  2. Carefully flip the salmon bites and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice, toss gently, and remove from heat.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs and enjoy as is or serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Allow the salmon to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking for even results. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
