Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, remove any blemishes, and cut them into wedges. Slice the onion into rings.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasonings to your liking.
  4. Add the potato wedges and onion rings to the bowl, tossing them gently until they are thoroughly coated in the oil and seasonings.
  5. Spread the potato and onion mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure they are spaced out to allow for even cooking.

  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through for an even golden color.
