Preparation

  2. Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  4. Place the seasoned drumsticks on a lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart for even cooking.
Cooking
  1. Roast the drumsticks in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken drumsticks overnight in the seasoning mix. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet to ensure they get crispy.
