Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients.
Mixing

Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
