No Sugar! No Flour! Healthy Cookies

Craving cookies without the guilt? These healthy cookies are made with no sugar, no flour, and wholesome ingredients for a naturally sweet and delicious treat!

Equipment

  • Fork or potato masher
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts or almonds, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mash the Bananas:
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  • Combine Ingredients:
  • Add the oats, almond butter, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
  • If desired, mix in dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or cinnamon for added flavor.
  • Form the Cookies:
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon to form cookie shapes.
  • Bake:
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and lightly golden.
  • Cool:
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve:
  • Enjoy these cookies as a healthy snack or dessert! Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or in the fridge for up to a week.
