Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Generously grease your mini bundt pan with butter.

- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly until well combined.
- Sprinkle in the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared mini bundt pan, filling each cavity until three-quarters full.
Baking
- Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers jiggle slightly.
Serving
- Allow the cakes to cool in the pan for 1-2 minutes before carefully inverting them onto a wire rack. Serve warm.
