Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Generously grease your mini bundt pan with butter.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and semi-sweet chocolate together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
  5. Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly until well combined.
  6. Sprinkle in the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared mini bundt pan, filling each cavity until three-quarters full.
Baking
  1. Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers jiggle slightly.
Serving
  1. Allow the cakes to cool in the pan for 1-2 minutes before carefully inverting them onto a wire rack. Serve warm.
