  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked Rice-A-Roni, cooked and diced chicken breast, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour in the chicken and rice mixture, spreading it out evenly.
  5. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown.
