- In a mixing bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir, then top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or seeds.
- Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. Keep toppings separate until serving. For freezing, use airtight containers and consume within a month. Reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
