Mango Smoothie Recipe

- 1 large ripe mango peeled and cubed (or 1 cup frozen mango chunks)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- 1/2 cup orange juice or water for a lighter taste
- 1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional, for sweetness
- 1/4 cup ice cubes optional, for thicker texture
Prepare the Mango:
Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into chunks. If using frozen mango, skip this step.
Add Ingredients to Blender:
Combine mango chunks, Greek yogurt, orange juice, almond milk, and honey (if using) in the blender.
Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add ice cubes for a thicker consistency, if desired, and blend again.
