Ingredients
  

  • 1 large ripe mango peeled and cubed (or 1 cup frozen mango chunks)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or water for a lighter taste
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes optional, for thicker texture

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Mango:
  • Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into chunks. If using frozen mango, skip this step.
  • Add Ingredients to Blender:
  • Combine mango chunks, Greek yogurt, orange juice, almond milk, and honey (if using) in the blender.
  • Blend Until Smooth:
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Add ice cubes for a thicker consistency, if desired, and blend again.
  • Taste and Adjust:
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or liquid consistency if needed.
  • Serve:
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
