Ingredients
  

Spirits
  • 1/2 ounce vodka
  • 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce white rum
  • 1/2 ounce tequila
Mixers
  • 1 ounce sweet and sour mix (or fresh lemon juice and simple syrup) Use fresh lemon juice for better flavor.
  • to top off ounces cola Just a splash is needed.
Garnish
  • 1 slice lemon wedges For garnish.
  • as needed ice cubes To chill the drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. In a shaker, combine vodka, gin, white rum, and tequila.
  3. Add sweet and sour mix to the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  6. Top off with cola and garnish with a lemon wedge.
  7. Enjoy your refreshing Long Island Iced Tea!

Notes

Long Island Iced Tea is best enjoyed fresh. Leftover mix can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours (without cola).
