  • 1 cup cooked macaroni pasta Cooked al dente.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For topping.
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz can.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Fresh or canned.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until fully cooked.
  3. Drain any excess grease from the ground beef.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Serve hot, topped with chopped lettuce and diced pickles if desired.

Notes

For variations, consider adding jalapeños, green onions, or crispy tortilla chips. Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
