Prepare the Wings:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss them with olive oil, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Wings:
Oven: Place the wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Air Fryer: Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Prepare the Lemon Pepper Sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice, and zest.
Toss the Wings:
Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl. Pour the lemon pepper sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
Serve:
Serve immediately with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.
