  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color) Customizable; can choose any color of bell pepper.
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. If you don’t already have cooked chicken, boil or bake chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred the chicken using two forks.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, chopped bell peppers, diced onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Top the chicken mixture with shredded cheese, covering it evenly.

  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
