Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Pat dry before seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter Divided use
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Sauté until fragrant
  • 2 pieces lemons, juiced Adds flavor and tenderizes chicken
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved Soak up the flavors
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by patting the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking Chicken
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken breasts, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through.
Sauté Garlic
  1. After removing the chicken, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Cook Potatoes
  1. Toss in halved baby potatoes and pour lemon juice over them. Stir to coat and cook for about 10 minutes until they soften.
Combine and Finish
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet, nestling it with the potatoes. Let everything simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

Substitutions: Use turkey breast for a different flavor. For leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
