Cooking the Beef
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain the fat to keep the burrito filling nice and lean.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef with a bit of water as per package instructions. Stir and let it simmer for another 5 minutes until well combined.
Preparing the Tortillas
- Heat the flour tortillas on a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side, just until warm and pliable.
- Place a generous amount of the seasoned beef in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom, making sure it’s tightly packed.
Serving
- Slice the burritos in half for easy serving, and enjoy your mouthwatering creation!
