Ingredients
  

For the Beef Mixture
  • 1 pound ground beef (preferably 80/20) Opt for high-fat content for juiciness.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly
  • 4 pieces burger buns Toast for added flavor.
  • 4 leaves lettuce For serving.
  • 1 medium tomato Sliced, for serving.
  • 4 slices cheese (optional, ensure Halal-friendly) Add in last few minutes if desired.
  • to taste ketchup and mustard Or your favorite condiments.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Shape the beef mixture into four equal-sized patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.
Cooking
  1. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the patties in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add cheese during the last 2 minutes if desired.
  3. Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes during the last minutes of cooking.
Assembly and Serving
  1. Let the patties rest for a minute, then assemble with lettuce, tomato, and condiments.
  2. Serve and enjoy your Juicy Air Fryer Burgers!

Notes

Store cooled patties in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 4-5 minutes.
