Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded cheese, jalapeños, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Using a spoon, scoop small amounts of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese has melted.
- Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes. They will firm up as they cool.
Notes
Customize cheese types and monitor baking time to avoid burning. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature; they last up to a week.
