  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup pistachios, chopped Finely chopped for even distribution
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low to medium heat, stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in cocoa powder and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using parchment overhang, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
