Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Grease your donut pan lightly.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Combine Wet Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients
  1. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
Fill the Donut Pan
  1. Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill each donut cavity about halfway.
Air Fry the Donuts
  1. Place the filled donut pan in the air fryer and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until lightly golden.
Cool Down
  1. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Top as Desired
  1. Once cooled, drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, or dip in cinnamon sugar.

Notes

Store donuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Freeze for up to a month. Reheat at 300°F (150°C) for 2-3 minutes.
