Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Grease your donut pan lightly.
Mix Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Combine Wet Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
Fill the Donut Pan
- Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill each donut cavity about halfway.
Air Fry the Donuts
- Place the filled donut pan in the air fryer and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until lightly golden.
Cool Down
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Top as Desired
- Once cooled, drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, or dip in cinnamon sugar.
Notes
Store donuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Freeze for up to a month. Reheat at 300°F (150°C) for 2-3 minutes.
