  • 1 cup shredded cheese (any cheese you prefer)
  • 1 cup canned sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded corned beef or a suitable substitute
  • ½ cup creamy dressing (like Thousand Island or a tangy alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Optional toppings

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). This will ensure that your dip bakes evenly and gets that lovely golden top!
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, sauerkraut, shredded corned beef or substitute, creamy dressing, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix everything until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Spread the dip out evenly for even cooking.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and lightly browned.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  3. Garnish with parsley if desired, then serve warm with your choice of bread, crackers, or veggies for dipping.

Notes

To enhance your experience, experiment with different types of cheese. If the dip becomes too thick during baking, add a splash of water. Stir halfway through baking for even heat distribution.
