Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, and softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture, mixing thoroughly to coat the pasta evenly.
- Stir in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese and optional ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a greased baking dish, pour the pasta and chicken mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Top the dish with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot. Enjoy!
Notes
You can mix and match different types of cheese for a unique twist. Substitute turkey or sautéed vegetables for a lighter version. Adjust the spice level by gradually adding buffalo sauce to taste.
