  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup ranch dressing (optional)

  • chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, and softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture, mixing thoroughly to coat the pasta evenly.
  5. Stir in half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese and optional ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. In a greased baking dish, pour the pasta and chicken mixture, spreading it evenly.
  7. Top the dish with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot. Enjoy!

Notes

You can mix and match different types of cheese for a unique twist. Substitute turkey or sautéed vegetables for a lighter version. Adjust the spice level by gradually adding buffalo sauce to taste.
