  • 2 pieces lobster tails Fresh or thawed lobster tails.
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing over the lobster.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.
For Serving
  • 1 pieces Lemon wedges To serve with the lobster tails.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Using sharp kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin.
  3. Gently pull the meat away from the shell, but keep it attached at the end for presentation.
Cooking
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  2. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t touching.
  3. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  4. Remove the lobster tails from the air fryer, serve with lemon wedges, and enjoy!

Notes

For a Halal option, use clarified butter or olive oil instead of regular butter. Keep a close eye on the cooking time to avoid tough meat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
