Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Using sharp kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin.
- Gently pull the meat away from the shell, but keep it attached at the end for presentation.
Cooking
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket, ensuring they aren’t touching.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Remove the lobster tails from the air fryer, serve with lemon wedges, and enjoy!
Notes
For a Halal option, use clarified butter or olive oil instead of regular butter. Keep a close eye on the cooking time to avoid tough meat. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
