  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Ensure it's Halal compliant
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped
  • for serving Lemon wedges

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by thawing your lobster tails if they're frozen. Use kitchen scissors to cut down the center of the shell, stopping just before the tail.
  2. Gently pull the lobster meat up and over the shell to rest on top.
Making the Butter Mixture
  1. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coating the Lobster
  1. Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring that it's well-coated for maximum flavor.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Place the lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque, tender, and slightly shy of browning.
Serving
  1. Remove the lobster from the air fryer, drizzle with any remaining butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
  2. Serve alongside lemon wedges for that extra zing.

Notes

Substitutions: Use infused oils or citrus sauces that are Halal compliant to enhance flavors. Cooking time may vary based on the size of lobster tails; larger tails may require an additional 2-3 minutes. Avoid overcooking to prevent tough texture.
