  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets Make sure to wash and cut into even pieces.
  • 1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade) Can substitute with maple syrup for a sweeter flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until well-coated.
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the bowl and toss again for even seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Once out of the oven, drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh herbs or crushed nuts if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
