Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the florets until they are evenly coated.
Cooking
- Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and tender.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the hot honey over the top. Toss gently to coat, then return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to allow the glaze to caramelize.
Serving
- Once finished, remove from the oven, and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds or fresh cilantro if desired, and enjoy your Hot Honey Roasted Cauliflower!
Notes
Feel free to modify the spice level of the honey. Maple syrup can replace honey for a vegan option. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
