Season the Chicken:
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Coat the Chicken:
In one bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Dip each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and then back in the flour mixture for an extra crispy coating.
Fry the Chicken:

Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Prepare the Hot Honey Sauce:
In a small saucepan, combine the honey, hot sauce, and butter. Stir and heat over low heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Coat the Chicken:
Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the fried chicken pieces, or toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
Serve:
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for an extra pop of color and flavor.
