- Core the Honeycrisp apples and slice them thinly.
Combine Ingredients
- Add the sliced apples to the bowl with the greens and sprinkle them lightly with lemon juice to keep them fresh.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the apples and greens.
- Toss in the toasted walnuts or pecans and the dried cranberries.
Prepare Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
Serve
- Pour the dressing over the salad, and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, or let it rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
