Preparation
- Peel the peaches and cut them into small chunks. Sprinkle lemon juice over them if desired.
- In a blender, combine the diced peaches, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Transfer the chilled mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions (about 20-25 minutes).
- Once churning is complete, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy your refreshing homemade peach ice cream!

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Let sit out for 5-10 minutes before scooping.
