Churn the Ice Cream (if using a machine):
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes, until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.
No-Churn Method:
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, whip the heavy cream separately until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the milk, sugar, and vanilla mixture. Pour into a freezer-safe container.
Freeze:
Transfer the churned or no-churn mixture to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
