Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, seeds, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
Combining ingredients
- In a small saucepan over low heat, gently melt the nut butter and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour the warm nut butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well-coated.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing firmly down.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into bars.
Notes
Customize ingredients based on preferences. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze individually for up to two months. Thaw overnight in the fridge.
