Preparation
- Wash the peaches thoroughly. Cut each peach in half and remove the pit.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and brown sugar. Evenly sprinkle this mixture over the cut sides of the peaches.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil.
Cooking
- Place the peaches cut-side up in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Check at the 8-minute mark to see if they’re tender and caramelized to your liking.
Serving
- Once cooked, carefully remove the peaches and enjoy them warm, topped with your favorite addition if desired.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for about 2-3 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
