  • 1/4 cup honey or sweetener of choice Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping Gently fold in for fluffiness.

Preparation
  1. Start with room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer on medium speed until completely smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula to maintain the light texture.
  4. Transfer the mixture into serving bowls or a large dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld and for it to thicken slightly.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh berries, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of honey before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is possible but may affect texture. Thaw overnight in the fridge — do not microwave.
