Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon, mixing until well blended and fluffy, approximately 1-2 minutes.
- Open the package of pre-made cinnamon roll dough; cut the dough into small pieces or bite-sized chunks instead of rolling it out.
- Gently fold the cinnamon roll pieces into the cream cheese mixture, and fold in nuts if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
- Top with cream cheese frosting and serve chilled, enjoying every heavenly bite.
