  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package pre-made cinnamon roll dough Use your favorite brand.
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) Optional for added texture.
For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Slowly pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon, mixing until well blended and fluffy, approximately 1-2 minutes.
  4. Open the package of pre-made cinnamon roll dough; cut the dough into small pieces or bite-sized chunks instead of rolling it out.
  5. Gently fold the cinnamon roll pieces into the cream cheese mixture, and fold in nuts if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch springform pan, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 50-60 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow it to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Serving
  1. Top with cream cheese frosting and serve chilled, enjoying every heavenly bite.

Notes

For a lighter twist, consider using plant-based cream cheese. Be careful not to overbake—check for doneness a little early. When serving, slice with a warm knife for clean cuts.
