Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Wraps
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: arugula for an extra kick

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate while you prepare the grill.
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they're pink and opaque. Remove them from the grill and set aside to cool slightly.
Assembly
  1. Lay out the tortillas and layer with chopped romaine lettuce. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Top each wrap with a generous handful of grilled shrimp. For an added kick, consider scattering a few arugula leaves on top.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly around the fillings to create a wrap. You can secure it with a toothpick if needed.

Notes
