Seasoning
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over both sides of each cabbage steak.
Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. For a grill pan, heat it until hot but not smoking.
- Place the seasoned cabbage steaks on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
Serving
- Remove the cabbage steaks from the grill. Top with optional feta cheese, tahini sauce, or fresh herbs and serve.
Notes
