  • Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
  • Trim the ends of each Brussels sprout and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Slice larger sprouts in half to ensure even cooking.
  • Season the Brussels Sprouts:
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Thread onto Skewers:
  • Thread the Brussels sprouts onto skewers, leaving a bit of space between each one to ensure even cooking.
  • Preheat the Grill:
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  • Grill the Brussels Sprouts:
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs. Grill until the Brussels sprouts are charred and tender when pierced with a fork.
  • Serve:
  • Remove the Brussels sprouts from the grill and serve immediately, with lemon wedges on the side for added brightness.
