Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup green olives, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by pitting and chopping the green olives if they aren’t pre-pitted. Crumble the feta cheese and mince the garlic.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil. Mix well until you have a smooth base.
  3. To the creamy mixture, add the chopped green olives, crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your preference. Stir everything until well combined. If you like it extra creamy, feel free to add more Greek yogurt!
  5. Transfer the dip into a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Enjoy this dip with pita chips, fresh veggies, or your favorite crackers!

Notes

Leftover dip can last in the refrigerator for up to a week. When reheating, do so gently to maintain creaminess. Freezing may change texture, but can be enjoyed within three months.
