- Start by pitting and chopping the green olives if they aren’t pre-pitted. Crumble the feta cheese and mince the garlic.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and olive oil. Mix well until you have a smooth base.
- To the creamy mixture, add the chopped green olives, crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to your preference. Stir everything until well combined. If you like it extra creamy, feel free to add more Greek yogurt!
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl. Drizzle with a little extra olive oil and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Enjoy this dip with pita chips, fresh veggies, or your favorite crackers!
Notes
Leftover dip can last in the refrigerator for up to a week. When reheating, do so gently to maintain creaminess. Freezing may change texture, but can be enjoyed within three months.
