Assembly
- In clear glasses, start by adding crushed Golden Oreos, followed by a layer of the cheesecake mixture.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of cheesecake.
- Top with additional whipped cream, more crushed Oreos, or your choice of chocolate syrup.
Chilling
- Place the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to set the layers.
Notes
For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. The longer the parfaits chill, the better the flavors meld, so consider making them a day ahead. Be careful not to overmix the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
