  • 1/4 cup green onions Chopped finely.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best taste.

  • 1 egg beaten For egg wash to create golden crust.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for crispy bites.
  2. Open and separate the refrigerated crescent roll dough into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, chopped green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  4. On the wide end of each crescent triangle, place a generous spoonful of the crab mixture and roll them up, sealing the filling inside.
  5. Arrange bites on a lined baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow the bites to cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes
