Preparation

- Open and separate the refrigerated crescent roll dough into triangles.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, chopped green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- On the wide end of each crescent triangle, place a generous spoonful of the crab mixture and roll them up, sealing the filling inside.
- Arrange bites on a lined baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
