Cooking the Noodles
- Begin by boiling a pot of water. Add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing the Garlic
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic!
Combining Sauces
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar into the skillet. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
Tossing the Noodles
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
Garnishing and Serving
- Finish off with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of chili flakes if you want a bit of heat. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat with a splash of water.
