Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz spaghetti or noodles of your choice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons butter Melted for sautéing garlic.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
  • Optional: chili flakes for added heat

Method
 

Cooking the Noodles
  1. Begin by boiling a pot of water. Add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing the Garlic
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic!
Combining Sauces
  1. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar into the skillet. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
Tossing the Noodles
  1. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
Garnishing and Serving
  1. Finish off with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of chili flakes if you want a bit of heat. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat with a splash of water.
