Preparation
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the noodles are boiling, season the thinly sliced steak with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to high and add the seasoned steak to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until nicely browned, stirring frequently.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
