  • 1 lb steak, thinly sliced Use your favorite cut.
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the noodles are boiling, season the thinly sliced steak with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet or wok, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Increase the heat to high and add the seasoned steak to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until nicely browned, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
Serving
  1. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and enjoy!

Consider substitutions for Halal-friendly options or for a lower-carb version using zucchini noodles. Be careful with the garlic to avoid burning.
