Method

Preparation
  1. Rinse and halve the baby potatoes. Boil them in salted water for about 10-12 minutes until they are fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Steak
  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Season steak pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  2. Sear the steak bites for about 3-4 minutes on each side until you achieve a beautiful brown crust. Remember not to overcrowd the pan.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the steak bites. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant, but be careful not to burn the garlic.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and the boiled potatoes.
  2. Sauté the potatoes for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  3. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them with the potatoes. Cook for another minute to reheat the steak.
Final Touches
