- 1 lb 450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
