Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for a spicy kick
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Shrimp:
  • Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat the Skillet:
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the Shrimp:
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.

  • Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
