Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (around 1-2 minutes). Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring every nook and cranny is coated.
  2. Place the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Once out of the oven, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a pop of color and flavor. Serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

Leftover Garlic Butter Salmon can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If you wish to freeze it, it can last up to 2 months. To reheat, place the salmon in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until warmed through.
