Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (around 1-2 minutes). Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring every nook and cranny is coated.
- Place the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a pop of color and flavor. Serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
Leftover Garlic Butter Salmon can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If you wish to freeze it, it can last up to 2 months. To reheat, place the salmon in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes, or until warmed through.
